1. Eligibility
Tickets may only be sold to and purchased by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are physically located in the Province of Ontario at the time of purchase. Members of the Board of Directors of the Academy Theatre Foundation, as well as employees directly involved in the conduct and management of the raffle, are not eligible to purchase tickets.

2. Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold electronically through the online platform: https://flatoacademytheatre.rafflenexus.com All tickets will be delivered to purchasers via email. Ticket Pricing: - 20 tickets for $10 - 100 tickets for $20 - 300 tickets for $50 - 650 tickets for $75 There is no limit on the number of tickets available for sale.

3. Lottery
Format This is a 50/50 raffle lottery, where the total prize will consist of 50% of total ticket sales, and the remaining 50% will be retained by the Academy Theatre Foundation

4. Draw Schedule
This raffle consists of a series of eight (8) quarterly draws, running from September 2026 through June2026.

For each quarterly draw:
- Ticket Sales Open: First day of the quarter at 12:00 AM
- Ticket Sales Close: Last Thursday of the quarter at 11:59 PM
- Draw Date & Time: Last Friday of the quarter at 3:00 PM (aside from December 2026)

● Draw 1: Ticket sales start September 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on January 4, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 2: Ticket sales start January 4, 2026, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of March 31 2027, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on April 1, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 3: Ticket sales start April 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of July 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on August 1, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 4: Ticket sales start August 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of November 30, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on December 1, 2027, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 5: Ticket sales start December 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of February 28, 2028, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on March 1, 2028, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 6: Ticket sales start March 1, 2028, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of June 30, 2028, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on July 2, 2028, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 7: Ticket sales start Ju3y 2, 2028, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of October 31, 2028, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on October 31, 2028, at 4:00 p.m. EST.
● Draw 8: Ticket sales start October 1, 2028, at 12:00 a.m., with a deadline of January 31, 2029, at 11:59 p.m. The draw will take place on February 1, 2029, at 4:00 p.m. EST. Draw Location: Academy Theatre Foundation 2 Lindsay Street South Lindsay, ON K9V 2L6

5. Draw Method
Winning tickets will be selected using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system through the electronic raffle platform.

6. Prize Structure
Each draw will award one (1) prize, equal to 50% of total ticket sales for that draw period.

7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold for each draw.

8. Winner Notification
The winning ticket number will be posted online at: https://dfb.rafflenexus.com/winners Winners will also be contacted by telephone on the day of the draw.

9. Prize Claim
Prizes must be claimed at: Academy Theatre Foundation 2 Lindsay Street South Lindsay, ON K9V 2L6 Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and proof of ticket purchase.

10. General Conditions
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
By purchasing a ticket, purchasers agree to abide by these Rules of Play.
The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and all applicable municipal licensing requirements.
Any prizes which are not claimed will be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
